Shivam Shirolawala
Developed Grey Fox's institutional methodology through direct experience at Vista Equity Partners and Percheron Capital, where he designed sourcing infrastructure for some of the most respected firms in the middle market.
At Vista, worked on the Endeavor Fund, partnering with CEOs to translate investment theses into proprietary pipeline. At Percheron, was among the earliest investment team hires, building platform and add-on sourcing during the firm's rapid expansion from startup to institutional scale.
Prior experience includes investment banking and co-founding a software platform that he successfully exited. This founder perspective, combined with institutional PE training, shapes Grey Fox's approach to origination: understanding both sides of every conversation.
Grey Fox applies this institutional structure to founder-first origination, focusing on alignment, discretion, and execution quality. The firm operates with the precision of internal PE teams but the flexibility and focus that only independent firms can provide.
