- Currently in buy-side origination or private equity
- Demonstrated track record of closed proprietary transactions
- Comfortable leading founder conversations independently
- High-agency operator with demonstrated ability to create momentum independently
- Hungry, competitive, and motivated by conversion
- Advanced proficiency applying AI tools to origination, research, and workflow execution
- Process-oriented but not process-dependent
